I’ve been going to VIP since 2016, I have never had a problem. They are pretty punctual 95% of the time. If you have to be on a schedule (like a lunch break), they are very accommodating. Lily is fast but does a superb job on my nails and my pedi’s.
My experience at this salon was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped inside, I was met with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately set the tone for relaxation. The staff were incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to my requests to ensure that I felt completely comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. I use Linda for my pedicures and eye brow wax at this place and she does awesome work. The place is sometimes busy but usually I do not have to wait long and their service is always great
