I am cynical, have high expectations and know I will be let down. This company has gone above and beyond anything I have ever ask. I searched for the home over several months, with no pressure. Eventually found the home that fit my lifestyle and made a deposit. I live in South Texas so the coordination of closing and moving was stressful. De Wayne not only sold us the home but followed thru with ever portions of the move. Lana, who works in the office, keep me advised of all scheduling to move the home in place. Marshall Mobile Homes was one of the best places I have ever dealt with. Great staff and great quality homes. Any issue that came up, even after the factory warranty expired, they showed up and fixed it. No questions asked. Dwayne did us right!!

Me and my wife purchased a home here 4 months ago. I waited to post a review until everything was done and over. We spent 6 months talking to Dewayne and associates while we decided on what we wanted, preparing the location and getting our own financing. We had nothing but great service and communications. We even had issues with a double wide and they’d send Tommy right out, who is efficient and competent. After reading other reviews I’m shocked. If you’re looking for a high pressure sales man chasing you around the lot blowing smoke up your rear offering “gift baskets” and “appreciation”.
