He took the time to explain everything clearly, sealed the gaps under my sinks, and set up exterior traps to keep my home protected long-term. What really stood out was how patient and respectful he was, not only with me but with my birds. He showed genuine care, even taking a moment to meet them, which meant so much. It’s rare to have someone come into your home who makes you feel safe and cared for, and Sam truly did. I feel confident and relieved knowing he’ll be returning regularly. Highly recommend!
