My grandfather and most recently, my mother, were memorialized at Downs. I found the entire team including Stacy and Kim to be extremely professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my family had the most meaningful, efficient and worry free service. I highly recommend Downs funeral home.

My mother, Nelda Stewart, (died 3/10/10), and my father, Arnold Stewart (died 4/29/15) both used this funeral home. My father must have been pleased, for he prepaid his funeral through them. A death date has never been put on his headstone, when I called to ask them when they would do it, I was told they wouldn't, and to call whoever sold the headstone to Daddy. I cannot find out. I called them again and asked for a referral to someone who does that, and she hung up on me. I'm done with these people.

Very professional and courteous. I had to plan a service from 3 hours away. Paige and Stacy were very helpful and had a wonderful visitation at their location and great help at the church service.
