My husband began using cardiac rehab after stent placements in 2017 & I was GIVEN a three month free membership. We've been attending 2-4 times weekly since and realize how important wellness is to feeling alive. We've made friends too!!

The Life Center is a life saver. A beautiful clean place to receive physical therapy, take different classes such as aerobics (water & floor), Zumba, tia chi, yoga, etc. A place to meet and greet friends. Walk the track, lift weights and use the different exercise equipment.
