Seeing Dr Wood has being the best experience I've had on my skincare journey she is so patient and kind she answers all my questions I love it here and then her nurse Tori is thee best she's so funny and laid back too and gives me samples whenever I need any which is such a lifesaver I like her. The receptionists Lindsey and Emily at the front desk have always been really good with me when it's time to check in and out I always get really good times that fit my schedule and I appreciate that. Overall 10 outta 10 absolutely recommend.
Westlake Dermatology is the best. Office staff was very inviting and best of all, they didn't leave you sitting in the waiting room forever. Ms Kutac PA was very thorough and explained the whole process before proceeding, very attentive. I would recommend Westlake Dermatology to any one.
Westlake Dermatology staff is friendly, professional, and will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your visit. They are very thorough with the exams, and they will answer all of your questions without making you feel rushed. They care for their patients, even when they must give you bad news, which is nice to have, especially when you are alone. They are very respectful and discreet when speaking with you about your illness. I have never had to wait long for an appointment. They give you options when appropriate.
