Needed to replace a 25 year old AC and Heating system in our home and called McIntosh for an estimate. The written estimate was provided quickly with detail and a fair price and was accepted. The work was scheduled within one week and was completed in one day with all old equipment removed, new higher efficiency system installed, tested and accepted. The system design, equipment provided and professional workmanship provided by McIntosh was all excellent. Everyone with the company were friendly, knowledgeable and our home was left clean and orderly. We can highly recommend them.
We had a compressor failure on one of our heat pump units, and Tim and the crew at McIntosh Air responded quickly to assess the situation. They recommended replacing the unit, rather than repairing it, which was great advice. If you're considering a Trane unit, I recommend Tim and McIntosh Air.
