My precious hubby went into Granite Mesa Health Center in 2019. Don*** went into rehab and never came back to our home. Jan.2022 our Lord decided that it was time for Don to go meet his new home and all the Glory of our Lord's Kingdom. The Granite Mesa community was incredible.We appreciate all the loving care and family support that they extended to our family. I recommend Granite Mesa Health Center for your loving and thoughtful ways. Thank you so much for taking awesome care and following his daily routine to make him as comfortable and a feeling that he was at his new extended home. Respectfully and Hugs, Dusti Elfving
I had my mother at Granite Mesa for skilled nursing care after she was in the hospital with pneumonia. The nurses and aides were so caring and kind. My mom loves her coffee. One of the nurse managers has a Keurig in her office and she made my mom coffee every afternoon. She was there the week before Christmas and they had an amazing party for the residents. The activity director did an awesome job organizing the event. There were great snacks and every resident received gifts. My mom was given a cute set of pajamas and a beautiful crocheted blanket. The administrator came in wearing a Christmas suit and Santa even showed up. The residents and staff members all appeared to have a great time. The therapy department also did a great job, working with her to get her strength back and improve her endurance. My mom was only there a short time but was able to go back home thanks to the great care she received.
This place is a must for our community. They have been here for years and have given back to our seniors! They have such a great team. The feeling when you go in is one of family and community. So glad this place is here to take care of our seniors and those who need recovery after a surgery before they go home. Their nurses are top notch!!!
