The receptionist is a pleasure to talk to over the phone and in person. The doctor is very patient with my son, who’s autistic. Overall, I’m very pleased with the care and support I get during office visit. Thank you both.

I have medicare/medicaid but sadly, neither cover vision. I haven't been seen for years and this past year, my eyes were burning, sore, red--with blurry vision. Upon lots of research, an organization led me to Dr. Underwood who was willing to see me. Him and his secretary were very kind, down-to-earth, and Dr. Underwood allayed my concerns. He also prescribed some glasses, which are taking the edge off as I age. I'll definitely be back! God bless ya'll and your practice. And thanks for helping people like me.

I happen to be traveling to the Texas Hill Country and decided to stop in and see if they had an opening. I had been putting it off and decided now was as good time as any. Dr. Underwood was very professional and helpful with questions I had about contacts vs glasses. I purchased my glasses and contacts from the Walmart next door and had them waiting for me when I returned home to Dallas.
