After working in the roofing industry for another roofer for several years, doing inspections, meeting with homeowners and adjusters I thought I knew what to expect when Don arrived to look at my roof from recent hail damage, but I couldn't have been more wrong. First he knew an adjuster had been out and did not ask for my adjustment sheets and say he could do the job based of those prices.

I used DE Wilder for a roof replacement. Don was prompt in retuning my call, he was friendly and had someone out to look at the job within a day. I worked with Kenneth from that point on and he also was quick to respond, friendly and explained what to expect. When I gave them the job they had it completed two days later. The crew showed up early and had a new roof on in no time, leaving no trace of trash anywhere.
