Got locked out of my RV and my husband called a chain, Hulk I think, to come open it up. They didn't give a definitive ETA but said they'd get to me right after finishing a job. Waited 2 hours and 2 ignored phone calls later until finally calling Bill's on the recommendation of a local....he showed up within 30 minutes-which was faster than his original estimate of 1 hour. Fantastic customer service! Went in to try and fix a pesky key fob problem and getting a duplicate of a mailbox key that failed when getting a duplicate key from another place. The guy are very thorough in troubleshooting everything. They solved my key problem! There's nothing like a decades of experience when it comes to these services.
