I am now leaving 5 stars for this company because the owner called me personally and we came to an understanding. The main reason for 5 stars now is because it's obvious that he is interested in doing business the old fashion way and values the business of EVERY single customer that walks thru his doors. I will definitely be back and thanks again for the personal attention.

“Karen and Brandon” visiting Backbone Valley Nursery is nothing as you have described. There are many customers, knowledgeable staff and beautiful plants each and every day of the week! Sorry your 2 year old did not have a “Disneyland” meet and great experience. Mary Kay IS the BACKBONE of this nursery! Her work ethic, dedication, and expertise is beyond you and your child’s expectations. If you truly want to learn about plants, Mary Kay has a weekly newsletter. Sign up on the website. Great experience today at your Nursery. I'd like to compliment Parker. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me and my wife a tour of the Nursery. Our first will not be our last ! Nice variety and cost, worth the drive from Killeen. Thanks again for the hospitality Parker.
