The technicians are very knowledgeable, eager to help, professional, courteous, and diligent. They work tirelessly to get the job done perfectly and beautifully, arriving on time or even earlier. They diagnose and repair elusive problems and perform installations. The initial telephone contact asks intelligent questions and schedules appointments. The cost for repairs and services is very reasonable. This company is very highly recommended for any electrical service need.
I am so impressed with this company! The person that answered the phone was very knowledgeable and was eager to help me. I was then transferred to Jason he was great. I told him what happened. (A truck hit the power lines that feed our building and pulled down 3 power poles and destroyed the transformers. The electrical service was pulled off the wall!!) Within 30 minutes there was an electrician on site. Dale accessed the damage. He was on the phone ordering what he needed to rebuild my service. They sent him 2 men to help. They worked tirelessly into the night with headlamps and other lights to get it done. It was around 11:30pm. Then Dale was back the next morning @ 6:30am. He stayed for till the power was reconnected. If you are in need of electric service this company is TOP NOTCH!!
We were very pleased with Tutor. They were prompt, very professional, and were very careful. They cleaned up after they completed task. The two employees that came to home , Dustin and Joe were very nice and very personable. Brandy and Dawn,( office employees) were also very professional and pleasant.
