The staff was amazing. I was seen by Dr. Vicki Nguyen, who was so pleasant! She took her time to access what I needed. All my follow-up appointments were scheduled before I left the office! I highly recommend Texas State Optical for all of your vision needs. They are phenomenal!
First visit to an eye dr, throughly enjoyed my experience at Texas State Optical. Customer service was top notch and Dr Kim was amazing. Vanessa helped pick out my first pair of glasses and she was patient and very helpful.
The quality of the service was exceptional. What a great experience, everyone from the person checking you in to the Doctors doing your eye evaluation. It continued with picking out a pair of glasses and getting them ordered. Definitely the best experience that I have had. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends as well as the rest of the DFW metroplex. Thank you for a great experience and I look forward to being with you as long as I live within 100 miles.
