The most important thing to me is the excellent care I receive from my Optometrist, Dr James Baker, and my Opthalmologist, Dr Todd Ford. After that, the staff is friendly, and helpful. I also think the facility is beautiful, and clean. I love being one of their patients. I can’t say enough good things about Paragon Eye Associates.
Dr. Alberti is patient, kind, an excellent listener, and explains things thoroughly. He did SLT on my eyes and did a wonderful job. I was quite nervous about doing this procedure, but he put me at ease with his gentle, and peaceful demeanor. I recommend him wholeheartedly!
The two ladies that were assisting Dr Ford were amazing on the day of my visit, Thursday Jan 23. I was nervous and they were very supportive. Dr Ford was very thorough and validated what was going on and was very caring and thorough in his treatment plan of care.
