I’ve been here a million times, but this was my Best experience to date. Kayen was super helpful and kind, even though I walked in right at 8 AM. And walked me through the entire spray process start to finish. She did it with a smile on her face, on Halloween? Which you know it’s gonna be crazy. I’ve always been a Palm Beach tan fan, but she definitely made me stay even more loyal. Super appreciate her, thank you so much.

I just wanted to give a review to this place. I use several of the Palm Beach locations all the way from Lincoln Square to Uptown to Mansfield to Arlington kind of wherever I’m at at the time and this girl I think her name was Abby. I’m not sure, but she has blonde hair. She was amazing in her customer service and her informative Information that she gave me. She was by far such the nicest person I’ve ever came across at any Palm Beach location I’ve ever went to. I normally go to the one on Lincoln Square where their customer service is terrible.
