I had my 23 yr old tile roof totally replaced. I had tons of leaks because of the thin shingle type underlayment that was used with my original roof.I met with them several times with pages of questions concerning quality of materials and process. I had done a lot of research down to the type of nails used and they had all the right answers. This was the best money I have ever spent. I have a stamped driveway so they covered it with plywood to make sure the large machinery did not cause any damage.
