I want to take a moment to highlight Jeni at Experian Health Care. Her service was beyond exceptional truly tremendous. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for, even though I wasn’t fully seen at urgent care. Her kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism stood out in every interaction.
What impressed me most was the way she engaged with every guest, always with a warm smile, patience, and respect. She sets the standard for what excellent service in health care should look like. Jeni has a rare ability to make people feel seen and valued, even in moments that can feel rushed or stressful.
