I will never visit this bogus cleaners again. First off, the price on their sign is completely false. It says 2.09 per garment, yet every piece I brought in was more than double this price. They are just too cheap to update their sign and want to use this as a way to charge you whatever they want.. I complained about the pricing, and was told oh you’re driving a Lexus so you can afford it. What type of business practice is this? I also pointed out stains that I want addressed on my clothing, to and was told “we should be charging you more because of the stains. Are you not a dry CLEANER???? Should have known from this standpoint to not drop my garments off with them....read full review

I wish I had read the other reviews before using this place.
I used this place to have a make-up stain removed from a piece of clothing I purchased. I did not notice the stain until I was home and decided to keep it and have it cleaned. When I dropped it off, I showed them the stain so they would not miss it. When I received the clothing back, the stain was removed along with the color from my clothing. It looked as though bleach had been poured on it. When I showed them their mistake, I was 1st told to take it back to where I purchased. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! We purchased a brand new outfit from Nordstroms from out if state. Once returning to TX, we realized there was a makeup stain on it. We brought it here to have the stain removed. When we got the outfit back, we realized the fabric had been faded. Tuan(I assume is the owner), admitted to damaging the fabric, but refused to reimburse us for the outfit. He proceeded to tell us it was our fault for buying the product with the stain. And we should have known the chemicals they used would damage the material. At the end of the day. Tuan was irresponsible and unprofessional. Please be aware of how this place does business before you use them.
