Told me I’d be greeted at my vehicle when my appointment began, but to arrive 15 mins early, which I did. Symptoms I have required them to treat me in my car. Waited 20 mins AFTER my appt began, called them and let them know I was outside. Tests took, came back neg then asked me to come inside and gave me a mask. Nurse practitioner was a nice gal, doctor was too busy to see me.
To the gals up front, If a patients time constraints aren’t realistic for the visit, just say that.
EDIT: got a follow up call from the NP Christina, I believe. She is truly a professional, a wonderful human being that makes you feel heard. Bumping stars... read full review

I didn't have much of a problem with this clinic other than the Dr. which I noted on review of the Midlothian clinic. I haven't been to either clinic in over a year as I've found a Dr that listens and responds to my concerns and medical issues. Out of the blue I'm getting notices stating that I owe on a bill. How? Why? What for? Then no one answers the phone when I call. With my insurance I have no co-pays for PCP visits. I've also noticed the "owner" responds to positive reviews instead of addressing the concerns of the reviews with lower stars..? To me that shows an unwillingness to review and make changes as needed for improvement.... read full review
