I was able to successfully form my LLC and file taxes for both my business and my personal needs. I will be surely using her service moving forward! I would highly recommend this place as they are very knowledgeable and transparent. AMAZING SERVICE!!! I have spent so much time and money with a previous CPA trying to resolve past filing issues for my business and received no help with those issues in the 9 months I was paying them. They would also never answer my emails.Same day contacting Mispa, I had a response! Next day i had a phone call with her to explain my issues. The next day she was on the phone with the IRS for 3 hours in the evening (7:30-10:30pm) trying to get things sorted out and texting me the whole time getting clarification from my end.
