We cannot say enough amazing things about TerrAdorna and getting to work with Tom and Dory (the owners) and Sarah (the venue's coordinator). They went out of their way to make sure that we had an incredible experience. First: the venue. It's close to Austin but far enough away that you can feel the wide open space. The outdoor patio is a perfect ceremony spot, and the interior is bright and airy. There were dozens of unique spaces, inside and out, that make for amazing photos or fun details to comment on. They've really thought of everything, and it shows. Our guests could not stop talking about how cool the space was. Second: TerrAdorna provides a day-of coordinator that will work with vendors and handle the day-of logistics. We would never have been willing to hire a planner or coordinator on our own ("oh, we can do it, it's fine") and it's the kind of mistake you don't realize until it's too late, so we are so, so happy we had Sarah working with us. She was really helpful in pointing out some details we hadn't thought about when we met a few weeks before the wedding, was great in answering questions, did some awesome decorating tweaks the day of, and handled several minor mishaps with grace and charm. Third and most importantly: working with Tom and Dory. Much as we loved the venue itself, it was meeting Tom and Dory that made our decision clear. They were so lovely to talk to, and were genuinely interested in us and the plans we had for the wedding. Our wedding ended up being postponed twice thanks to the pandemic, so we had three years of communication before we were actually able to come for the wedding, and they were always so helpful in answering my (numerous) questions. We asked Tom to be our officiant, and it was great to see Dory during the reception as well - it just seemed right that they should be part of the day too. Overall, an AMAZING experience and a huge reason for why our day was as magical as it was.
This is a late review but I wanted to he sure Dory and Tom got one from us! We had a fusion two day Indian and Unity ceremony wedding in October 2021. I believe it was their first! My husband and I fell in love with the venue. We loved the large windows that opened into the wrap around porch and gave an indoor-outdoor feel as well as the stunning view. The bridal suite and grooms cabin were also great. We could tell Dory and Tom really love what they do and took a lot of effort and thought into the venue. Dory and Tom and their wedding planning team were absolutely great working with all of our requests for the Indian wedding as well as the Unity ceremony. Both days went...read full review
This venue is absolutely beautiful and everything we could've imagined. The owners are sweet and take great care of the venue. I would however 100% hire your own day of coordinator. The one provided by venue was absolutely unprofesional, rude and did nothing expected of a coordinator, especially day of our wedding. They do not go to rehersal (what coordinator doesn't go to rehersal?) and bc of this my song was played at the wrong time so I had no music when it was my turn to walk. Plus many more issues happened, which led to the coordinator leaving during my wedding. I ended up having to coordinate my own wedding and missed a lot of pictures/memories with my husband/family...read full review
