I have used Lazarus Remodel a few times now for multiple scopes of work. I will ONLY use them and nobody else. I recommend them to any and everyone that needs work done.
When I bought my new house, we had a ton of electrical work that needed done. Rick made sure that we had the information we needed with fair pricing. We had Jose come out and get everything done in one day. He even cleaned up after himself too. Which says a lot about his pride for his work.
We also used Lazarus today to help me complete some plumbing work in my remodel project. He was able to get a plumber onsite within one day and got everything done beautifully.

I strongly recommend Rick Lazarus and his team for any work you may need on your house. They are friendly, responsive, and dedicated to doing things right. When Rick came to review what needed to be painted, he made sure to caulk things himself so that the surfaces would be ready when the painter, Tony, got there. Tony not only painted the garage frames but also the front door frame so that they would all match even though we hadn't asked for it. Rick treats you with respect and is really good at what he does. What a difference from the stories you usually hear about contractors. Thank you Rick and team.
We have used and recommended Rick Lazarus for several projects for our home now. I always appreciated the quality and attention Rick and his team put into their work. We plan to continue using Rick for future projects since we’ve gotten to know him so well now.Specifically, we’ve hired Rick to do an interior office build out, full kitchen remodel (minus cabinetry), roof repairs, ceiling repairs, and other misc projects. All of them have been done well and we’re very thankful for his work.Additionally Rick is a great guy and his team and subs have been awesome. We’ll be giving him a call again soon.
