DO NOT RECOMMEND OWNER IS HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL. IM NOT FROM THE AREA AND IVE NEVER DONE ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE BEFORE. I ASKED HIM HOW MUCH WOULD THE SERVICE BE AND HE WAS VERY RUDE AND HAD ATTITUDE BECAUSE I ASKED THE QUESTION I RESPECTFULLY ASKED HIM TO NOT BE RUDE BECAUSE IM NOT BEING RUDE TO HIM AND HE SAID WAS NOT GOING TO SERVICE ME AND CANCELLED THE DRIVER . I’ve never experienced such a rude and disrespectful person before.
Josh the road tech was great, but Jim the owner was rude & unprofessional. Josh jumped & tested my battery & alternator.on July 10th. My alternator was failing. They came out in a car so I needed a new roadside request for a flatbed to tow me off. Sunday night Jim left me a nasty voicemail saying that my insurance denied payment. He threatened to call the cops on me. DO NOT use this company.Service: Battery
This service is a complete joke. Requested a tire change for my motor home. The guy showed up with a small plastic mallet and a small pry bar. After 2 hours of the guy beating my tire to try and get it off, I had to go to Walmart to buy a sledge hammer. I am the one who got the outside tire off not his “worker” not to mention this “worker” took many cigar breaks, showed up with his 11 year old son (who sat in the car on a busy freeway for 2.5 hours) and just did not know what he was doing. My invoice said heavy duty tire change, and no tire was ever changed. I got charged $326. Please stay away from this company. Owner refuses to refund my money and hung up on...read full review
