I'm new to anal gland issues and the pup we inherited has gland issues that were ruining my house and getting on everything. I called Pawfection stressed, confused, and disgusted and the lady who answered was so sweet. I needed the stink gone ASAP and they let me come in right then and had me out in minutes. They even took the time to educate me on the issue. They have a customer for life!
They are a great help keeping my dogs nails trimmed. Haven't used them for regular grooming. Always cheerful and kind to the dogs. They speak to the dogs by name. Reasonable prices.
