I’ve gone in for 2 prenatal sessions with Samantha. She was able to take feedback from last session to target problem areas and increase deeper stretches and stronger pressure where needed. Excellent advice on strengthening exercises to do at home as well as advising on coming in for future sessions to help with continued care. Orthosage is a great place to heal body & mind. Would definitely recommend to others

Go to this place whatever you do! They are angels, goddesses, Queens, or just your regular day today bad a*** Whatever term you like.As a primary care physician, and someone who cares very highly about my own health, and the health of my patients, I could not recommend them any higher. I feel better after five minutes with Sam then I do after 90 minutes at the Thai massage place or run-of-the-mill chiropractor.Just go. You’ll thank me later.
