Excellent customer service! I requested info on a Saturday and Marc called within an hour ON A SATURDAY. Had me scheduled immediately and was one time. He walked us through ever process and test he performed and had our results with 24 hours with a complete report and a full explanation of results which provided to be a HUGE relief for my family. Thank you Marc!

I had an excellent experience with Marc at New Day Homes! He explained a lot over the phone before the testing, came the day after I called, and his testing was very thorough. He explained his process and findings throughout the inspection which was very helpful. The test results came back quickly and he helped explain them and give clear action steps to take. He went above and beyond in being kind, helpful, and thorough!
