J-Tech has been wonderful to work with! Last year our home warranty company assigned them to our first floor A/C unit service request. I was so nervous that we would not get fast, quality, honest service. J-Tech's reviews were really good so I was hopeful. We were very pleased! Kayla was very kind, patient, and helpful in coordinating the service. The company was great about keeping us informed about when to expect the service technician. Anthony showed up and was awesome! J-Tech Mechanical cleaned our trailer house air ducts, it's hard to find someone to clean trailer house ducts. They have cleaned our unit and just this weekend on Labor day Sunday, Marcus came to fix our A/C. Always so friendly when I call and when they come to our house.
