I just moved to the area and came to this location for my 1st wax at this location (I have been a EW customer for 10+ years and love that they’re everywhere!) Aloura was awesome. She took time with me, was super thorough, and easy to talk too. The front desk girls Katie and…. Ugh. Dangit it can’t remember the other girl! But both girls were amazing (1/15/26 at 12p). We laughed and shared funny stories. And honestly not knowing anyone in town, I can’t wait to go back for my next wax! Bec they felt like old friends. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and for a great wax service before my trip to Mexico for my bday!
This was our first visit and Dasha at the front desk was very helpful. Aloura did the waxing and she is amazing! Who’d have thought it would be FUN to get waxed??!! Highly recommend.

Just one observation related to appointments. I always being on time and sometimes way earlier than my appointment. Yesterday I was stuck in traffic and for the first time ever I got 15 minutes late. I had to wait because they were busy and that's ok with me. But I immediately received a message in my phone from you saying that I was late and explained your policy...I thought it was kind of rude and out of touch you sent that kind of messages. Really made me feel like I don't want to come back again.
You need to find other ways of communicating your policy. It just was very rude.
