I hired DKB for a kitchen remodeling it was an amazing experience From start to finish I had a constant communication with the project manger they did a lovely job I will definitely be using them in the future.

After letting the dust settle on project completion, I was able to fairly assess DKB’s performance. We collaborated with DKB on three separate projects (second kitchen, game room built-ins, fireplace wall), and we are quite pleased with the results.In isolation, it is easy to get hung up on what did not go perfectly, but as a consumer who simultaneously dealt with the homebuilder, DKB, shade company, appliance company, etc., I am able to compare the quality of each interaction. DKB distinguished themselves in this area, also known as customer experience. DKB really took care of us. Starting with Shauna. She literally FOUGHT with our insurance company (Traveler’s is horrendous) on our behalf. Once we finally got to the actual renovation, Jameson was tremendous. He was able to provide some suggestions along the way, but always reminded us that the final decision was ours. Great communication from everyone, start to finish. When we visited the storefront, they treated us like family. Cannot say enough good things about everyone at DKB.
