I called All American Roofing and Construction on a referral to inspect a roof on a home I wanted to purchase. It ended up having some hail damage and wasn’t actually insurable. Chuck the owner coordinated with the seller to file an insurance claim on there existing policy. The sellers insurance company agreed with Chuck’s assessment of the roof and a brand new roof was installed before we even closed on the home.
