“Gallegos came out and diagnosed the issue with out unit. We have one of the DYI Mr. COOL units. He helped me figure out what parts I needed to order. The Mr. Cool unit required me to do the ordering. He came back and installed the parts and filled the unit with refrigerant. He showed up!! ( We called multiple companies and he was the only one that showed up!)Then showed up on time!! Was pleasant to work with and did an amazing job. He didn't try to fix things that didn't need to be fixed. I will definitely use them in the future if I need someone. I'm so very thankful he came out and got us up and running again.“
