I don’t usually write reviews this personal, but I feel I need to share my experience with Pat and his roofing company. Last year, I called them for a small roof leak. Pat came out, inspected the problem, and to my surprise, fixed it on the spot without charging me. I was so grateful and wrote a review at the time. This year, after some raccoon damage to my roof and attic, I called again for an estimate. When Pat arrived, I shared that I had since been diagnosed with incurable cancer. While I went back to bed, he quietly climbed up on the roof and repaired all the damage. I had a check ready for him, but he finished the job and left without ever asking for payment. It’s rare to meet someone in business who shows that kind of compassion, generosity, and integrity. Pat has gone above and beyond for me twice now, and I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and for taking care of me when I needed it most. And the work is flawless. Thank you Pat..
There should be an option to go above the 5 stars or below to suggest a company either surpasses the expectations or simply doesn’t meet them. American Prime Roofing deserves more than just one extra star. They deserve 5 extra stars. We would not have a home without them.
