I had a good experience with TPG. I have an above ground pool out in the middle of nowhere TX. It has been challenging, to say the least, to find anyone to come out here for us, but they were willing to come out to us anyways. We had a leak at the skimmer. I scheduled a visit with TPG online and they followed up with me via text message, as well as email, and confirmed our appointment. They came out when they said they would, inspected my issue and we determined several possible causes for my leak. I was afraid to use them after seeing all of the negative reviews but I needed a home warranty repair. They went above and beyond and fixed one of my issues and told me an inexpensive fix I could order myself for the other that wasn’t covered by the warranty. They even saved me a lot of money on my filter system that another company told me needed to be replaced. They explained to me how to know when my filter would actually need to be replaced. And even though it was late in the day and they still had several calls to make they took the time to also provide me with information on things I needed to know about my pool that the previous owner did not tell me. Had an issue with our hot tub, he called, ordered the part and fixed it and then we had an mnithernissue he immediately ordered the part and came when it was in. Only reason I have 4 stars because he does not answer calls within 24 hrs.
