My granddaughter wanted her hair blue. She had an appointment November 19th at 4:30. This is what we're dealing with less than 2 weeks later. I would really like an explanation as to what happened? It cost $230. And we are in an emergency room trying to get help.
Upper cuts is 2nd to none, especially one lady in particular, Misti. She has been cutting my hair for well over 4 yrs. She really likes working here because they hire people of her same calibur!
I get Misti do my hair and she's absolutely amazing!! I didn't like the color I chose and she fixed it for me before I left the salon. I'm very satisfied with Upper Cuts.
