Five big stars to Randy and Time Machine Hot Tubs!! They really exceeded expectations. We were in a bit of a rush to replace a hot tub at our short term rental and they provided for our every need. A great price, quick delivery and set up and hauled away our old one. Highly recommend!!
We’ve had our Bullfrog hot tub for right at a month now. We wanted to have a bit of time with it prior to writing a review. We have had a tub since 2004 and really enjoy the time we spent in there almost every night. Our old tub was a very nice tub but as all of the older ones, it was wooden framed and eventually failed. The new Bullfrog is awesome in comparison to our Caldera. The jet pack set up is the way to go. Mix and match them. We were looking for a swim spa and stopped in at Time Machine Hot Tubs in Longview. Chris and Pene were very friendly and knowledgeable about the benefits of Bullfrog swim spas and all accessories. Within a couple of days we ended up purchasing a Bullfrog Swim Spa. The delivery was seamless. Jarrod and his crew did an excellent job installing the swim spa, getting everything up and running and explaining the operation of the swim spa. Their customer service is second to none. If you are in the market for a swim spa, hot tub, etc, I would highly recommend giving Time Machine Hot Tubs in Longview a call or visit!
