Silver Line Roofing of Longview, Texas, saved me thousands of dollars and hours of headaches. My insurance company had turned me down for hail damage to my roof. Some months later I then turned to Easton Bowman of Silver Line and he made the difference. Mr. Bowman took charge of working with the various adjusters and stayed on top of the back-and-forth questions that he was qualified to answer and explain. Bottom line is he got a new roof approved and then completed the job in one day, as promised. I had some storm damage on my roof and called Phil and Easton for an inspection. Easton came out immediately and put tarp on until my insurance company came out for their inspection. Each time my insurance co. came out, Easton always came out, talked with them, and went up on the roof with them. My insurance co. approved my roof replacement, and Easton and his crew went to work. They kept us informed each step of the way. We are completely satisfied with the quality of the end result. We are also completely satisfied with the cleanup after the job was completed.
