I have been a patient of Dr. Shen for a long time. He has put up with my hard headed behavior and he never gave up on me. In October he finally got me to go and get a colonoscopy done and I’m glad he did. I had a polyp removed that was “pre-cancerous”. Now I’m being just as stubborn about a CT scan that I had and him and his amazing staff are at it again, “beating” the sense into me that I need to stay healthy!!! I love Shen Medical Associates and no one can convince me otherwise!

One of the best Doctors in East Texas! She truly cares for her patients and listens and gets down to the problem so she can fix it!Every time I’ve seen the dr I have left feeling better knowing that my issue was fixed.Would recommend Dr Thompson to anyone.

I love my doctor. Shen is amazing. He is caring and spends time to know what's going on with you. His staff is horrible. His office manager is junk and very unproductive. Sarah in the front is a sweetheart but can only do so much. I have been with shen for several years,10. I truly dont want to leave him. but the company I now work with UT Health East Texas has changed insurance companies for all of its employees I have told the office staff about this now for over two months before happened at the first of the year.
