Louie came to our church (Trinity Baptist, Lufkin, Tx.) to shampoo our carpets. The carpets had not been shampooed in a LONG while, they were pretty soiled. He shampooed each room and came back to two different rooms and did additional cleaning on some TOUGH spots. He was very friendly, professional and very eager to please. We will definitely call Service Master again. Thank you Louie.
