I went in for a Dutch braid, I expected the process to take well up to an hour after I watched a video of how the halo braid is done, but was told it would take 5 minutes. Well, the stylist ask me if I wanted my hair parted in the middle or the sides. I didn’t know the answer, so she started on the side and had said that she knows a way that is faster. I feel like the braid could have been done better if more time was put into getting it done as well as the steps followed that shows on the halo braid tutorial. I didn’t express my dislike of the braid to the stylist. This was the first time I went to get my hair braided and I wasn’t sure how it should go. I know next time to inform the stylist that I don’t think the braid was done right. I was so excited to get the braid done after several places turning me down due to lack of knowing how to preform the halo braid. Best regards.

Someone I know had recommended Salon pink. Yes I was a walk in, Yes , it was four o'clock and they closed at five. I Just wanted a cut no style or blow dry. My hair had grown out from a stack in the back and angled on the sides down to the front. I would have preferred them to at least wash my hair, but it was a dry cut and I understand those are also done well sometimes. Not much angle left on the side, The bulk was not taken out. Took no longer than 20 minutes. Then when it was time to pay , they quoted $50. Not mad just pretty disappointed.

Madi completely ruined my fiancé’s special day with a haircut that was nothing like what she asked for. It was uneven, rushed, and clearly done by someone with little to no experience. My fiancé left in tears. This was supposed to be a joyful moment, and it was completely wrecked. I wouldn’t recommend Madi to anyone—save your time, money, and sanity. Total disappointment.

Madi was by far the worst hairdresser I’ve ever been to. I explained what I wanted, and she still cut my hair way too short—nowhere close to what I asked for. I’m extremely disappointed. Please, please don’t let Madi ruin your hair like she did mine!
