I was having a problem with my pump and called around to try to figure out how much money I was going to need to spend to solve the problem. I was worried Precision was going to be the most expensive option, but I was actually able to talk to them about my issue and they spent a lot of time and energy solving my problem without spending a bunch of money. In fact, they didn't make a dime off me. I got good information and they plugged me in with another company that I could deal with directly. In the end, my problem was solved. Clint and Andy have done an amazing job at taking care of all our pool needs. We are very happy with the cleaning/maintenance services they provide. They are also great at returning calls when we need them.

The service manager, L.A., goes above and beyond, he is very responsive and always makes sure any problems are resolved quickly. He even personally came on a Saturday to resolve an emergency issue- excellent customer service!
