His exercises, bike, traction, and most especially, dry needling, took me from what I said was a 15 on the pain scale (10 didn’t quite cover it) for about 5 weeks, to pain free in the period of about a month and a half. You cannot go wrong with having Chris be part of your care and I will definitely seek him out again, if issues like this come up.“
