I was pleased with the quality of the material, the installation and the price. However, the lack of communication made the overall experience terribly unpleasant. Namely, they did not explain to me that they would be cutting the granite INSIDE THE HOUSE. There was a fine gray dust on every surface in my house, including everything in the lower kitchen cabinets. I would happily have removed all of that if I had been warned ahead of time. Then, the crew left my house on a Friday afternoon at 5:30 with my water turned off, explaining THEN that I would have to call a plumber to hook up my new faucet.
