I’ve visited this business several times and recommend asking for Ms. Tee; she’s kind, gentle, and professional. Ms Lee, the owner is very professional and responsive to feedback; she cares about her customers.
The business is very clean and well maintained.
It’s hard for the people to understand what you’re telling them. But their prices are fair. And they do give you a soft drink if you want something to drink. Which is nice. The language barrier is just a little intense. And they seem like they’re in such a hurry and I don’t want to have to walk out and go back in to have something fixed that they did because they were doing it so fast
Andy Vu has done my nails for 7 years... I refuse to go anywhere else!! ??
Edit: I read the reviews about the pedicures here and I DO agree with them. I do not get my feet done at this place. I've had multiple bad experiences. Also, Andy is the only nail guy in this place I let touch my nails!! For pedicures I go to UpScale Nail also in Longview!
