I had a superb customer service w/this location. I'd gone in to complain about a dreadful experience at a different Take 5 which has since been closed down for all the reasons I mentioned. The service manager, Jalen Harris, delivered impeccable service w/a smile. He immediately grasped each issue I presented so I did not need to repeat myself multiple times [unusual in today's climate]. He also suggested a resolution. First, he sent a ticket to corporate as it involved a significant refund & the problem did not happen at this location. But he took it several steps further. He gave me the phone # & email for corporate after asking me about my preferred time of day for a phone call. He also wrote down HIS name and phone # so I could contact him if I did not hear back quickly. Can't say enough positive things about this interaction. It remains to be seen whether corporate delivers. IF they do, I will be delighted to remove my previous bad review for the other location.
