Jack's A/C guy just came and fixed my Trane heat pump and was 1/3 the price of the people who used to do my maintenance was going to charge me. Thanks so much to this guy who was professional, friendly and informative about the process. They are now my only people to call!!

Awesome company that stands on truth and excellent customer service.Previously was told by another company that I needed to replace the whole unit due to compressor being bad. When I called I told them I needed a fan motor and I knew that’s all I needed. Fast talk and pressure sales was a red flag for me. Had jacks come out and gave them no warning of what the problem was and sure enough, 7 minutes later the tech advised me I needed a fan motor. I asked had he checked the compressor and was told yes and it’s fine. So instead of spending $6,500 I spent just over $300. What an outstanding company. Price friendly and Jacks has gone above and beyond several times for my elderly parents. Very trustworthy and highly skilled technicians with fantastic attitudes.I live 5 hrs from my parents and also own a HVAC company in Houston.There was an issue with the warranty of the system, so after calling their office, the manager was so patient and wanting to help resolve the issues with the manufacturer, which they did.Only during the phone conversation did they know i was a owner in the trades, so the customer service my parents received over the last few years was super, and that is Jacks acIs a 5 star performer every time.
