Twaynia is an incredibly kind, welcoming and talented physical therapist. Her massage techniques are both relaxing and restorative and her space is very peaceful. I would highly recommend her services and plan to return as soon as possible.

I was in so much pain and stress and didn’t believe that this would work but Twaynia is a miracle worker I will be going ever week my shoulder neck and back hurt for almost a week and now I’m great can’t wait to see her again Helpful Hands is the place to be thank you ans she is very clean sanitary and protective

Amazing atmosphere, phenomenal massage... Exactly what I needed after a long work week on my feet for 12 hours a day, 6 days a week... I would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a moment of rest and relaxation!!
