I had been in the market for a luxury spa for over 6 months and had spent many many hours researching and shopping for a perfect luxury large spa. I had the privilege of meeting Zach on my first visit and clearly explained my wants/desires/concerns. He took the time to listen and notate each of them. We talked through many options and discussed pro and cons to each. I then tasked him to be creative and work with my given budget and look at all options. He was able to find me a spa that exceeded my expectations and was well below market value!! I called 7 other stores to see if his price could be beat and none could even come close. Then comes the Brand: Hot Springs Spa! This brand is true luxury! Superior parts, superior service, unique features, and from what I can tell the best warranty. 5 years on Parts AND LABOR!
