I had a leak in my AC unit and called Alco to check it out. A technician came out the next day to take a look. He was a really nice guy and explained everything clearly. He then gave me a quote for the repair, but when I told him I wanted to wait and get a second opinion, he suddenly lowered the price by $300. It made me question the transparency of the original quote. I appreciate the fast service, but the change in pricing left me feeling unsure about the trustworthiness of the estimate.

It was Sunday evening out in the middle of NO WHERE....Lol and Kodi with Alco showed up with a SMILE & Had the AC back on for my entire Family that we were hosting at our Lakehouse!! So it was amazing for the Sr's & Babies!! And to make things worse it quit blowing cold after about 2 hours so I had to call back. it's almost dark now, and here comes SMILY KODI!! SO FRIENDLY & POLITE!! He replaced our thermostat & the amt I paid for the 1st visit out, they put towards my total for a WHOLE NEW THERMOSTAT!! I will ALWAYS use them from now on!!

Today was a great day working with Jody. He has a great personality, kind, knowledgeable, friendly. He is always shares units for the future. I'm fully satisfied with Acme and all there services. plus while tech was here a friend of mine text for a a/c reference. So I text right back Acme would do you right. Jody gave me a few things to tell her. yes I we continue tell about Acme.
