How can ASP do better? They could stand behind their work. They could call you back. They could fix problems that they caused. They could keep their word when they say they will do something. We had a new liner placed in our pool and they did a great job... 2 months later than they told us it would be done. We needed a new light in our pool and 2 months later they produced a light and "installed" it. During the 2 months that we waited for the light, our pool leaked from the empty hole they left where the old light was. They assured us that leaving the hole was not a problem. We filled the pool and spent time, effort, and money on chemicals to make the pool clear. In a few weeks, all of the water and chemicals had seeped into the yard. It leaks to the bottom of the hole for the light. So they finally installed a new light....in 3 minutes with one screw and left the bottom of the light poorly seated in the hole that still wasn't sealed. Guess what? The pool still leaked. When we called to ask for help, they wouldn't even come look at the problem. They still keep telling us it is a plumbing problem. It is not a plumbing problem. we have been dealing with these people since roughly March of 2021. They have done nothing but lie and dodge our phone calls. My husband has gotten to where he uses other people's phones to call them because they stopped answering his calls. We have never been rude and we paid for services on time and we STILL do not have a pool. I am very disappointed in these people. Do not use these people for anything. Don't let them near your pool. They have caused us nothing but trouble, money, and disappointment.

We have had ASP pools service our pool for 6 years now. I love our technician, he’s dependable, courteous and always does a great job!! He’s even great with our dogs!! Thank you Adrian!!!

Very loyal always on time And know exactly what needs to be done to your pool. They always have my pool looking crystal blue and anytime I need them before my service date they will come out no questions asked love you guys
